Agroforestry
and MPTS is not an industry per se. It would be impossible to quantify
the benefits derived from agroforestry. First, because it is a
combination of agriculture and forestry, a whole gamut of products are
produced on a small scale including cash crops, timber, firewood,
livestock, poultry and the like. Secondly, the more important benefit
of agroforestry, which is environmental conservation cannot be easily
measured.
